Allergy season is here. If your child has seasonal allergies and may require medication at school, please send in your child’s medication in the original box and a note with administration instructions. We can store allergy medications at school. If your child has received any medication before school, please email us at nurse@ saintannesschool.org or call at 378-3719 x340. This information is needed for the safety of your children. This includes over the counter medications, asthma inhalers, or nebulizers. Thank you for copying us when you send health related information to your child’s teacher as well.DIAA Sports Physicals for the 2012- 2013 school year may be completed starting April 1, 2012. The form is available to download on our school website under the following sections: parent information, student life, or athletic information area. The DIAA has its own website also that you may access for the form and information. This form is required by all Delaware high schools and middle schools for students participating in interscholastic athletics.
